Enterprise Account Manager
Location: Milpitas, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Compensation: $150,000-$190,000 Base Salary + Bonus + RSUs
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales growth within strategic enterprise, hyperscale, and data center accounts across the United States. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding key customer relationships, and leading the sales process for enterprise SSD and NAND storage solutions.
The ideal candidate combines semiconductor industry expertise with a proven track record of enterprise sales, business development, and account management. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies, data center environments, and complex customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise, hyperscale, and large data center customers
- Drive new account acquisition and expand existing customer relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through production ramp and ongoing account growth
- Identify customer requirements and position enterprise SSD boot drive and storage solutions to support business objectives
- Lead technical discussions and coordinate resources across engineering, product management, FAE, and supply chain teams
- Manage proof-of-concept activities, customer qualifications, and design-win opportunities
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver reliable revenue forecasts
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, growth, and design-win targets
- Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity to support business strategy
- Expand account penetration through cross-selling, upselling, and new project engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of combined sales, business development, and account management experience
- Proven success selling semiconductor, NAND, storage, or SSD solutions
- Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships and long sales cycles
- Strong understanding of enterprise storage, NAND memory, and semiconductor technologies
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop business, and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results and customer success
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, or data center customers
- Established relationships within enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure, or semiconductor markets
- Knowledge of data center architecture and storage deployment requirements

- Base salary: $150,000-$190,000 annually
